Intro

Hello and welcome to my first ever blog post! My name is Cisco. I was born and raised in North Carolina and now reside in California. If you cannot already tell, I am a photographer and videographer. I capture multiple genres with my favorite being street photography and an extremely close runner up, travel photography. A few things about me:

Likes: Chocolate ice cream, soccer, running, waves hitting the shore, birds (parrots specifically), passport stamps, booking flights, sun soaking, early mornings, cinema, fancy hotels, road trips, museums, breakfast foods (french toast fan), history.

Dislikes: Cold weather, being in an office all day, coming back from vacation, doom scrolling, negative news, overworking.

This may resonate with some of you, if not… hey we are all meant to be different.

Onto my purpose for this blog…. as of now there is really only one goal I have and that is to post about my experiences while photographing, what photography does and has done for me, and share some insight as to what/how/where/why I am photographing in general. Sometimes you’ll probably get the ‘who’. That is if I know my subject personally. Otherwise you can assume the subjects are unknown. I have quite a few trips coming up and a personal project I am working on which I am excited to share out once it’s all ready. Currently, I will commit to at least one post a month. This allows me some breathing room to get a feel on the process. If I love it, I plan on maybe doing something weekly or bi-weekly. We shall see!
